Belacan Fry Chicken

Ingredient:
- small pieces of meat chicken
- belacan ( can be obtain from Malay shop)
- fish sauce (can be obtain from Chinese shop)
- oyster sauce




Method:
1. Mix well all the ingredient and keep it in the fridge for overnight.
2. Deep fry it with hot oil.




Tadaa! Enjoy the juicy and tender chicken.
